These terms explain how Golden Aura Clinic provides services to clients and what you need to know before booking an appointment with us.

1. Booking Appointments

All treatments are by appointment only and can be booked online here. If you require assistance prior to booking, please contact us by phone or email.

Your appointment is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. The deposit is usually up to 50% of the treatment price, or 100% for consultations.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment and your deposit may be forfeited.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in part or all of your deposit being retained.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your appointment due to events beyond our control. If this occurs, your deposit will be refunded in full.

2. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed on our website and include VAT. Prices may be updated from time to time; however, once your booking is confirmed, the price for that appointment will not increase.

Full payment is due at the end of your treatment. Cash or bank transfer payments are preferred, however; credit and debit cards are also accepted.

3. Treatment Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to receive most treatments. Certain services may be available to clients under 18 with parental or guardian consent. Please get in touch before booking an appointment for anyone under the age of 18.

If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, some treatments may not be suitable. Please inform us before your appointment, as failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

All laser treatments require a mandatory skin patch test prior to treatment to ensure safety and suitability

4. Clinic Rules

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the clinic.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 should not be brought to the clinic, as we are unable to supervise them.

Photography, video recording, or audio recording is not permitted without prior consent.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be redeemed for treatments or products at Golden Aura Clinic. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Liability

We are responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage caused as a direct result of our services. We are not liable for indirect or business-related losses, including loss of income or profits.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes that affect an existing booking will be communicated to you.

8. Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9. Feedback and Complaints

We welcome feedback and aim to resolve any concerns promptly. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details provided on our website.

10. Legal Information

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to where you live.
